Job Summary

Roles & Responses

Monitor capacity and resouce by Partner zone and allacate the technician effectively according to the SLA requirement.
Develop subcontract portal website for partners in order to reduce the manual process and to communicate with back office.
Register technicians for training and take exams according to AIS Fiber course before new technicians get service.
Analyse and process the technician data to find insight of the technicial effectiveness.
Evaluate technician activities for cautious and development propose.
Perform the technician examination and determine the technician performance for future promotion.

Qualifications

Bachelor of higher in IT/ Economics or any related field.
Experience at least 3 years in Data Analyst, Project management, Strategic planning.
Good at presentation and communication skills.
Good analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, complex problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
