Job Summary
Internal Communication and Employee Activities

Job Description
  • Create internal communication content & campaigns to build understandings among employees on company's directions, corporate movement and culture via online and offline channels.
  • Create internal communication plans and activities to build brand and culture awareness among employees.
  • Create speech and talking points for management and executives.
  • Manage internal events and activities to build employee brand and sense of belongings.
  • Manage crisis communication.

Qualification
  • Bachelors / Master degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years' experience in content writing i.e. news, speech, script, announcement.
  • Ability to be MC at the event and activity.
  • Ability to use the design programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom (will be advantage).
  • Good command of English communication and computer skills.
  • Have a good attitude. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
