Responsible for correction and control installation
issues and find out solution to support installer, verify related documents and create prospect within SLA, offer special promotion to save prospect customers.

Verify document and create prospect within SLA.
Contact to customer for make appointment and dispatching order to technicians.
Tracking and Follow up on-time control.
Control the technician to close order within SLA and control quality of installation
Correction and control installation issues and find out solution for support installer.
Coordinate with related parties for support installer.
Offer special promotions to customers for save prospect.

Qualifications
Age 20-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in any field
0-2 years experience in Customer Support
Have service mind and Good Communication skills
Good Computer and Microsoft Office skills
