Job Description
  • Verify customer requirement and readiness check before implementation.
  • Cost management, forecast man day, set delivery cost, and plan resources to support project.
  • Prepare Implementation plan & update plan to corporate customer.
  • Co-ordinate end-to-end between AIS-Vender-Partner-Customer.
  • Tracking for all implementation tasks (Implementation plan control).
  • Prepare progress report to customer, Sale, Presale & Coordinate support team to solve problem which occur on implementation period.
  • Ensure efficient use of the allocated resources in the project.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project, such as UAT Documentation.
  • Quality Control and readiness check before deploy to customer & Transfer project document to O&M team.
  • Seeking new tool and process for improvement implementation time, cost and quality.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Telco, IT, System Integration, Communication and related industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of software development and programming.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, complexity, flexibility environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading).
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent analytical skill in both numerical and abstract.
Technical skill
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
  • Sense of balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor.
