Job Summary
  • Onsite Network Support Supervisor
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

Job Description
  • Onsite Network Support Supervisor.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Resolve issues related to the Network, Wireless, AD, and DNS.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Facilitate monthly meedting.
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology degree .
  • Minimum experience 2 Years in the network field or related.
  • Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking and systems.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically.
