Job Summary
To monitor, analyze and cooperate with the related team for improving quality of IDD, Data Roaming, Signaling, International Transit services, including adjust IDD routes, GRX, and Signaling with cost and quality balancing, moreover develop and maintain International statistics, alarm, database, and automatic report tools for International Transit hub's customers.

Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
  • To monitor, analyze, and improve network performance to international and interconnection network
  • To adjust IDD, GRX, and Signaling to route to international Carrier/IPX Provider/Operator with cost and quality balancing.
  • To develop and maintain international and interconnection statistics database and report tools for international transit hub service.
  • To co-ordinate with other operators/international carrier about international and interconnection technical issues.
  • To negotiate and support info for interconnection trunk dimensioning to the planning team.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or related fields
  • 0 - 2 years experience in Network or Telecome business
  • Have programming skill will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking (TOEIC scores more than 550)
