Responsibilities
- Be a contact point of billing and charging complaint management
- Verify and analyze the customer complaint with root cause analysis
- Find the solution to solve customer complaint about wrong charging both prepaid and postpaid system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Business, Business Administration or related fields
- 0 - 2 years experience in the service business
- Have basic skill in analytic and coordinator
- Able to operate in MS Office and E-Mail
- Able to work under pressure and shift day
