Job Summary
Propose daily,monthly report to related person in order to PI quality such as: PI performance report, PI error, PI methods
Manage prepaid & postpaid customer profile database e.g ID card no., ID card image for completion to fully meet the requirements of NBTC
and fast service
Problem solving and handling for customer's registered documents
Prepared daily, monthly reports for AIS shop, regions and dealers.

Job Description
Manage prepaid & postpaid customer profile database eg ID card no, ID card image for completion to fully meet the requirements of NBTC and fast service –
  • Inspect and correct imagedata of Prepaid identification PIaccording to NBTC regulations
  • Inspect Postpaid customer registration document all channel hard copy &digitalto NBTC regulations
  • Monitor customer face recognition
  • Monitor document for protect dealer & customer fraud
Problem solving and handling for customer's registered documents
  • Solving problems of prepaid identification from service requests of touch points
  • Solving and handling for customer's registered documents
Prepared daily, monthly reports to improve PI quality and document incomplete for AIS shop, regions and dealers
  • Prepare PI summary report
  • Prepare Postpaid customer registration document incomplete report
