- ดูแลประสานงานกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการงานบริการขนส่ง งานรักษาความปลอดภัย และการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน รวมทั้งจัดทำเอกสาร Terms of Reference (TOR) และกำหนด หรือตรวจสอบแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทผู้ให้บริการให้ตรงกับ TOR
- บริหารการจัดสรรรถยนต์ของบริษัททั้งส่วนกลาง และส่วนภูมิภาค
Job Description
รายละเอียดงาน
- ดูแลประสานงานกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการงานบริการขนส่ง งานรักษาความปลอดภัย และการทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายค่าจ้างผู้ให้บริการตามสัญญาจ้าง
- ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริการขนส่งทั้งประจำ และ Outsource
- บริหารการจัดสรรรถยนต์ของบริษัททั้งส่วนกลาง และส่วนภูมิภาค
- จัดทำเอกสาร Terms of Reference (TOR) สำหรับประกวดราคางานบริการขนส่ง งานรักษาความปลอดภัย งานประกันภัยรถยนต์ งานจัดหารถยนต์ใหม่
- กำหนด หรือตรวจสอบแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทผู้ให้บริการให้ตรงกับ Terms of Reference (TOR)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งานดูแลบริหารรถยนต์ พนักงานขับรถยนต์ งานรักษาความปลอดภัย ที่เกี่ยวกับงานธุรการ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน และละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความทุ่มเทในงาน และมีใจรักงานบริการ
