Job Summary
Capable for the Microsoft O365 , Azure , Enterprise cloud to troubleshoot problem, consulting team to provide the technical support to Enterprise customers. Log information in to trouble ticket system. Consult with related team and vendor for resolve problem/request for Enterprise customer.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with other infrastructure team members or vendor to resolve customer request or problem
  • Act as a first tier to resolve customer request and problem for cloud service
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions or fix problem
  • Working experience with Microsoft product e.g. O365 , Azure
  • Working experience for Enterprise cloud computing (public cloud)
  • Working experience in cloud governance such as policy, compliance
  • Reply to customers following problem / requests for information and proposal requests
  • Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis

Qualification
Thai Nationality / Age 25- 30 years
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science or other related fields.
  • Knowledgeable to consult the Public Cloud MS Azure , VMware , IaaS, PaaS
  • Knowledgeable about MSO365 administrator roles
  • Knowledgeable about virtual machine, Veeam, Vcenter, Vcloud director, virtual network will be advantage
  • Positive attitude understanding of production support processes
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and have strong service minded
  • Good personality and communication skill
