BA - Salesforce Call Centre

atManulife Insurance Thailand PCL
  • Able to understand system configuration and understand contact centre logicsAble to conduct SFDC UAT testing.
  • Provide support and suggestions to Contact Centre team on parameter and workflow set up
  • Meet with business partners to review business requirements.
  • Create functional requirements, user interface documentation, and Use Cases.
  • Work closely with the testing teams to validate requirements
  • Perform various other analytical tasks as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned Projects, including post deployment metric reviews to determine project success.
  • Be responsible for requirements and functional architecture. .
  • Helps businesses to identify and document work flows. Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents
  • Works continually to improve the quality and efficiency of the business systems and actively contributes to further optimizing the Project Management and Software Development methodology.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, MIS, or business related fields
  • 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in Telesales and service in process in SFDC (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Have a proven track record of Call Center project experience
  • Works across the entire organization to determine the business needs and to provide the day to day support
  • Able to perform managed work initiatives
  • Effective problem solver; able to mitigate issues
  • Ability to learn the new technologies that pertain to the Contact Centre
