Get to know the role
You will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations related to performance marketing for Grab verticals in Thailand. Additionally, you will ensure that campaigns are set up and executed to support the performance goals of the dfiferent verticals.
You will need to be able to work independently and really own your scope to drive growth through performance marketing. This means driving new initiatives to learn and grow the business and yourself.

The Day-to-Day Activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign briefs.
  • Align our media agency on campaign objectives and setup.
  • Manage asset submission and completeness to allow for a smooth setup.
  • Build audiences using both internal and external tools to reach the right people.
  • Track and monitor performance and provide timely optimization recommendations for campaigns by working closely with country teams and our media agency.
  • Deliver post-campaign deep-dive analyses and assessment across the marketing campaign's with key learning points for improvements.
  • Initiate collaboration with diverse teams ranging from product to marketing (country & regional) to improve performance marketing.
  • Drive best practices in relation to campaign management and product adoption.
  • Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the whole of Grab.
The Must-Haves
  • 4 years of Digital Marketing experience in tech-driven verticals such as e-commerce & travel
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads manager, and a solid understanding of underlying building blocks (product feed, automation and more)
  • Deep understanding in measurements (broader industry changes e.g. IOS14.5, Facebook AMM, multi-platform tracking), underlying building blocks (e.g. attribution windows/models) and marketing mix optimization will be critical.
  • Sound understanding of digital metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Proven track record to drive new digital initiatives
  • Self-starter who's able to work independently with an exceptional can-do attitude
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Fluency in English
The Nice-to-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics/maths and tech-related majors
  • Hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Appsflyer, DSPs
  • Proficiency in any programming language (e.g. SQL/JS/Python) highly valued
