Get to know our Team:
The Operations team is the backbone engine driving Grab responsible for onboarding driver partners and operating driver-related operational tasks. Providing job opportunities and best experience to hundred thousands 100k driver partners. Our team is made up of young talented individuals with a can-do mindset.

The day-to-day activities:

• Propose Communication Plan, design concept, translate concept to visual and edit some minor changes in art work to meet final requirement.
• Manage Online Shop with a focus on gaining store traffic, boosting sales, increasing profitability, and building relationships with clients.
• Working with company' partner and partnership team finding win-win opportunities together.
• Working closely with Monetization Team Lead and cross-functional teams to implement projects and ensure the completion of projects.
• Patient, Active, Creative, and Have Passion for your job!

The must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management, Marketing, Communication Art or related fields.
• 1-2 years working experience in business, marketing, sales, or communication art. However, Fresh Graduates with related experiences are also welcome to apply.
• Having basic PMO experience with basic understanding of business, sales, and marketing skills is a must.
• Having Experiences with Adobe design softwares (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a plus.
• Able to create and design key visual / art production with a good concept for advertising products and campaigns.
• Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint).
• Creative, Dynamic and a team player, with a "Can Do" attitude.
• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup.
