Responsibilities
  • Lead Merchant Incubation team to groom existing and new merchants to adopt and efficient use our merchant tool, merchant features and system to help business grow
  • Ensure success of key merchants on Grab platform including driving revenue and smooth operation.
  • Lead development of key initiatives and working with other teams to boost revenues.
  • Work with related teams to manage all forms of merchant communications and community to ensure that merchant are up to date with latest features and information
  • Evaluate efficiency of business procedures according to organizational OKRs and apply improvements
  • Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time. Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Quick learner, logical thinking, and problem-solving skill
  • Be positive and energetic and able to motivate others
  • Strong leadership, team management, presentation and communication skills
