GrabFood Strategy team is now finding a teammate to join our young motivated team on this rocketship with the mission to empower merchants with economic opportunities while making lives easier for all Thais. Our team operates with consumer centricity, growth mindset, and intellectual rigor.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of GrabFood. You will have a chance to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty from time to time while overseeing strategic cross-functional initiatives with close interaction with top management.

Get to know the Role

You will be a part of GrabFood strategy team in which running the strategic initiatives that are shaping the future of GrabFood and the food industry.

You will mainly focus on driving projects that answer "How can Grab help users to discover and make a better decision on where they should eat?", but not limited to other strategic initiatives given by your manager.

You will be responsible in 2 roles as follows:

  • Product Operation Manager

    • Explore best customer insights through customer research and analytics in order to create use-case that facilitate better customer decision making.
    • Influence: Work closely with the product team to make impact happen.
    • PMO: Manage the deliverables timeline and manage cross-functional workstreams.

  • Go-To-Market Strategist

    • Focus on putting high-level strategies into reality by evolving the ideas into future-growth initiatives.
    • Proposing, piloting, and pivoting the workstream when the products are put into customer's hand to best deliver the content discoveries.

You will be working together with strategy, marketing, content operations, and demand operations to create the long lasting competitive advantage of GrabFood in the field of discoveries.

The Day-to-Day Activities

You will need to perform and excel on

  • Analytics : Extract live data to unearth insights and identify opportunities to grow the business. Learn and share findings with peers and leaders.
  • Strategy : Deliver valuable business insights, vision, and recommendations to business teams to act upon.
  • Execution : Develop and execute high-level projects collaborating with both internal and regional teams to create impact and take Grabfood to the next level.


The Must-Haves

  • Minimum one year of experience at management consultancy firm, tech company, or fast-paced working environment in strategy or project management.
  • Strong conceptual thinking: Able to ask structured questions to solve complicated problems. Turn questions into insightful answers and solid working plans.
  • Flexibility, passion, and energy to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while also being able to work independently.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communications, and presentation skills are required.
  • Data analytics: Able to extract key insights from raw
