Grab's lending business (GFSA - Grab Financial Services Asia) is a recent addition to Grab's array of product and service offerings focused on extension of Micro credits to drivers, agents and merchants in Grab's ecosystem. GFSA team is a combination of strong talent pool in its Regional Hub (Singapore) and deep local market operators across its focus markets. We are incredibly excited about the opportunity ahead of us. We are looking to put together the best possible combination of business build drive, industry expertise and local market depth as part of our team. GFSA team is responsible for end to end conceptualization, design, development, execution and ongoing management of all lending activities in its focus markets and segments.
New collection dashboard aligned with all regions..
Project improvement management in collection i.e. collection system..
External Collection Agency implementation including Performance analysis and effectively in account reassignment..
In control of Debt collection regulation Act and Bank of Thailand's regulations.
Working closely with Collections and Operations team in term of process improvement..
Collections Training: Debt collection Act, BOT regulation, Negotiation skill, etc..
Min a year of experience in collections/credit operations in consumer finance/banking..
Experience in working with collection and contact center software would be an advantage, ability to test it..
Strong business partnering skills..
Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills..
Strong in Excel and Presentation skills.
Fluent English and Local language..
High level of responsibility..

The day-to-day activities:
