Oversee and shape the entire operations and development of the business including go-to-market strategies, business models, operating processes design and setup and financing strategies;.

The must haves:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business other related fields.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Has strong analytical skills able to gather data-driven insights.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Frequent traveling is required.
Experience in Food Industry is a plus.
Require 2-3 years working experiences. Fresh graduate is considered for associate level.
