Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Mobility Business Associate with creativity to boost growth and strengthen the transportation market in Thailand. We believe a successful candidate has great data analysis, critical thinking skills, strong rationale to cope with upfront unexpectation and high responsibility to execute your own workstream, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. In return, you will get an opportunity to lead your own project and see the real impact from what you do alongside with your supporting teammates!
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Own and drive key supply performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth for mobility business post-covid
Transform large sets of data to
- continuously evolve rewards & incentives strategies to shift drivers' behavior and maintain healthy retention rate
- optimize marketplace and strengthen core services of Grab transport businesses countrywide
- Manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution
- Onground visit key cities to gather insights, opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies
The Must-Haves
- A Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
- 1-3 years work experience
- A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and a flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
- Very good English proficiency
The Nice-to-Haves
- Work experience in data analysis, project management
- SQL proficiency
