Transport Quality Control (QC) ต้องการผู้ที่สามารถกำกับการจ่ายขนส่งแต่ละวันได้อย่างราบรื่น และสามารถตรวจสอบคุณภาพการทำงานรวมทั้งเอกสารทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างถูกต้อง และสามารถนำไปสู่ขั้นตอนต่อไปได้จนจบกระบวนการด้านเอกสารภายในแผนกขนส่ง
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- กำกับการจ่ายงานขนส่งแต่ละวันกับรถขนส่งได้อย่างราบรื่น
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของพนักงานขับรถก่อนการทำงาน รวมทั้งอุปกรณ์การทำงาน
- ติดตามเอกสารทั้งหมดทีเกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องของความปลอดภัยของการทำงานขนส่ง
- สนับสนุนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรายงานขนส่งระบบการทำงาน รวมทั้งประสานงาน ในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพงานขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- สื่อสารข้อมูล กฎระเบียบ นโยบายที่อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงให้พนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
- จัดทำรายงานเพื่อรายงานสถานะจนถึงการหาแนวทางการปรับปรุงงานให้ดีขึ้น
- งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 24 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านขนส่งและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- มีใจรักบริการ ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ ทุ่มเทในการทำงาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
