The role of Supervisor Latin Department is crucial to ensure the functioning of the department within the company and within all shareholders. In this role you will be supervise the complete reservation process for the tour administrators, starting from receiving requests from travel agents abroad, prepare offers and quotations, timely follow-up and booking of all services with our branch offices, hotels and suppliers in Thailand. You are also responsible that the tour administrators issue timely vouchers to hotels and other suppliers as well as the invoicing process and payment collection. You will ensure that the team members are motivated and delivering performances and report any wrongdoing which is not in line with the company regulations.

• Train, motivate and supervise the tour administrators
• Ensure the proper booking handling for tour administrators in terms of accuracy and reply times
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Follow up on sent over programs
• Ensure a smooth relationship within Latin and all other the departments
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Proactively suggest implementation at all levels within the department
• Follow up payment with its customers
• General administration tasks
• Reviewing cost sheets and master plan with the Assistant Manager
• Report to Latin Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism
• Good command of English and Spanish or Portuguese
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a travel & tourism company, preferably in the Latin Market
• Specific destination knowledge in Thailand and/or South East Asia
• Experience with FIT, SIC and GIT/series bookings of advantage
• Experience with TOPAX software of advantage
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc)
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season. A "Can Do" attitude and positive thinking that includes creative thinking is an asset
