This challenging role in our head office in Bangkok, you will be responsible to do the itinerary and hotel proposal with quotation for group, incentive, create and propose new great ideas for MICE group. Do the reservation (Hotel / Tour / Transfer / Restaurant etc.) - follow up all details invoice, payment till got the money. You will be joining our young and dynamic Incentive & MICE colleagues.

• Creating as tailor made program, suggestion new ideas with prices and offer to the clients.
• Making all reservations as per client's requests.
• Coordinate between the clients and suppliers (Hotel, Restaurant, Car, Guide etc.)
• Discuss with the clients to know their requirement for specific group.
• Prepare quotation to meet with clients' expectation and budget.
• Coordinate with tour leader for any events on site
• Discuss with the clients to know their requirement for specific group
• Contact and negotiate with suppliers for best deal
• Issuing the invoice and send to the clients.
• Follow up the payment of every booking till end of the file.

• Minimum 3-5 year experience in a travel & tourism company
• Excellent English language skill (Writing, Reading, Speaking and Understanding) for international communication skills
• Computer Skill (Word and Excel / power point / pdf /Internet etc.)
• Knowledge and Information skill about tourism (Hotel, Tourist attractions, Details of Thailand: Geography , Climate, Cultures etc.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak moments.
• A willingness to travel for work and spend time outside the office when required.
• Interpersonal skill, good team work, gentle and helpful.
• Hardworking and friendly, service minded attitude.
