HR Business Partner (HRBP)
atAP (Thailand) PCL- Plan conceptual framework, analyze business information for HR strategy, and HR roadmap execution.
- Initiate creative solutions on HR issues to maximize success of the business.
- Manage workforce planning, performance management, talent development and other HR key initiatives.
- Provide advice to line managers by partnering on HR processes and procedures.
- Bachelor degree or higher in HRM, HRD, MBA, Economics, Politics or related fields
- 2+ years experience in HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Demonstrate analytical and data management skills with the ability to translate data into action planning
- Adaptability, positive attitude and fast learner
- High achievement drive and good team player
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
