- ดูแลโครงการให้มีความเรียบร้อยและเป็นระบบ
- ให้บริการลูกบ้านเมื่อเกิดปัญหาด้วยความรวดเร็ว สร้างความพึงพอใจ และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีแก่ลูกบ้าน โดยยึดถือจิตบริการ (Service-minded) เป็นสำคัญ
- บริหารการใช้เงินส่วนกลางได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- รู้เรื่องกฏหมาย พ.ร.บ ด้านอาคารเป็นอย่างดี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการบริหารโครงการ, หมู่บ้าน, หรืออาคาร อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และมีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
