Campaign Manager for Existing Customers – Specialist
atMuang Thai Life Assurance PCL- Develop strategy for implementing cross-selling and upselling campaign for existing customers base on customer's needs and journey through effective distribution channels towards company goals.
- Analyze the information of existing customers in order to determine opportunity for cross-selling and upselling as well as initiative new campaign's model for improving campaign's result
- Lead the implementation of the campaigns with related departments such as Distribution Channel, Data Science, Underwriting, Legal & Compliance, etc. to be aligned with the plan and target.
- Monitor and evaluate the information of existing customers in order to improve future campaign with aiming of better efficient result
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematic, Statistics, Economic, Information Technology or related fields
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing campaign management. Experience in insurance industry would be advantageous.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
- Strong analytical, logical and systematic thinking skills
- Interpersonal skill, self-motivation, willingness to learn new things
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills in related programming would be advantageous.
- Good team working, highly motivated and proactive, good presentation skills and negotiation abilities
