English & Chinese Speaking 4 Position

• Check all request each day by e-mail.
• Converse with customers/agents via emails to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required.
• Preparation of documents such as group quotation, vouchers, itineraries, credit card information, etc.
• Make booking reservation to the customer, contact suppliers for hotel bookings quickly and efficiently.
• Willingness to solve customer problems and follow up after-sales service.

• Aged between 22 – 30 years old, Thai nationality.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience (Experience in travel business will be a plus.)
• Service-minded, knows how to treat customers right.
• Good attitude and personality
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Good command of English Or Chinese
• Knowledge and experience in Tourism and Travel Agencies is a plus.
