  • Help define Facebook's overall approach and focus in the vertical
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Partner with other x-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebook's success in the Vertical
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, consultative support and services for Facebook, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
  • Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
  • Create persuasive client presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Drive growth and secure goals for yourself and team
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales support and operational customer service
    • years of deep relevant experience in digital marketing, business development, sales experience preferable

  • CPG experience would be highly advantageous
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
  • Proven leadership ability to influence CXO level
  • Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising in Thailand
  • Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
