- Prepare documents to support new product labeling establishment and new product listing to key customers.
- Support lab analysis brief to internal QC lab agency and follow up result.
- Support product development manager to prepare brief for plant trial, collect result per assigned project.
- Conduct R&D nutrition, product in-market database maintenance, keep data up to date.
- Support shelf-life study for new product launch
- Arrange sample tasting within R&D team and make summary report to PD manager
- Update in-market new product launch
- Collect competitor products and conduct competitive analysis
- Supervise R&D lab technician to request product from plant and manage product stock at R&D BKK lab.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field
- Able to manage multi-task and work under pressure
- Good command in Thai and English spoken/written skill
Good at Microsoft Office
