To support the development and execution of New Product Development Brand strategies that drive consumer engagement, market growth, and brand equity. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities and objectives:
- End-to-end project ownership to support innovation projects from ideation, validation, launch and post-evaluation, ensuring seamless progress through all development stages
- Support Innovation Lead - PepSpark to develop strong innovaton projects pipeline for AOP and beyond
- Communicate and collaborate with internal key stakeholders including Sector/China team, Marketing team, Trade Marketing Team, Sales, Design Team, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs (CA) and external perties including Artwork Designer, Printing Supplier, Media and Digital Agencies and Influencers Marketing Agency to ensure their full understanding of defined marketing strategies
- Define success metrics and innovation post launch evaluation and adjust innovation and communication to enhance performance and deliver on operational excellence
- Build in-depth understanding of Innovation, marketing & product concepts derived from Thai consumer insights for PepSpark
- Build in-depth understanding of snack consumers, including passion points i.e. entertaining, music, sport, gaming platform
- Develop concept together with communication campaign for innovation permanent breakthrough, reframe projects
- Engage with cross functions in identifying market challenges, opportunities as well as make sure the operational efficiency
- Design the digital strategies, including management of content marketing, social media and brands presence across a range of digital channels and platforms
- Endeavor to stay informed about emerging trends and behaviors in digital marketing as well as technologies that could enhance brands across age group and maximize performance
- Ensure execute excellent on brand plan including prioritize and well manage key milestones/timeline, update brand performance and build actions for improvement
- Control and monitor A&M spending to be in line with AOP
- Master's degree or Bachelor's Degree in any Marketing, Business, Digital, Innovation
- At least 2-3 years experiences as Product/ Brand, Innovation Development in multinational FMCG companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership, move fast, and push boundaries
- Can-do attitude to proactively find ways to make things possible
- Innovation passion to explore new ideas and shaping what’s next
- Energetic, fast learner with high learning agility, result driven, self-motivated, open-minded, easily to adapt with changes, collaborative, and good interpersonal skill
- Demonstrate understanding in Digital & performance marketing from strategy into execution
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Work well under pressure
- Able to work independently and can deal with ambiguity and changing environments.
- Great collaboration skills with high agility to work in teams.
- Good command in English
