Role Overview:

TMG (EM District) Interior Design Team is seeking an experienced Interior Design and Planning Specialist to preparing retail space layout plans and developing fit-out criteria and design guidelines to ensure alignment with EM District’s design standards. Oversee store design, decoration, and fit-out works, including site surveys and coordination with architects and engineers to ensure projects meet design, quality, and operational requirements. Provide creative and practical design solutions while supporting leasing and tenant requirements across Emporium, EmQuartier, and Emsphere.


Key Responsibility:

• Prepare layout plans for retail space leasing.
• Develop Fit-out Criteria and design guideline documents to ensure alignment with department store standards.
• Plan, monitor, and oversee store design and decoration works.
• Coordinate with the Architect and Engineer teams.

• Conduct site surveys.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Interior Design.
• Knowledge and understanding of retail store layout/design within department stores is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Creative, proactive, and solution-focused thinker
• Good command in English communication, both spoken and written. (TOEIC score of 550 or above)

• Proficient in using AUTOCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word / Excel/ Outlook)
