Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and capable Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us for the next exciting stage of our growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the recruitment process and system.
- Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques and manage the existing candidates pipeline. This will include outreach techniques to find passive candidates via multiple channels.
- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing.
- Perform pre-screening calls, interviews to analyze applicants abilities and fit to company culture.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Coordinate technical tests as needed.
- Manage offers, negotiation and support new hire onboarding through probation to ensure a smooth experience.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Participate in employer branding activities.
- Assist with other human resources related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment agency.
- Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting for IT/Technology based roles.
- Experience with direct Headhunting for niche skills set.
- Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract/outsourced requirements will be a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
