Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall accounting and finance activities and report to the CFO.
  • Be in charge of reporting standards, accounting and finance operations, financial planning and analysis and business support.
  • Be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. This includes management reporting such as variance analysis, profitability analysis / reports and other reports as needed.
  • Lead the monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to provide support on figures and finance-related matters.
  • Improve accuracy, productivity, efficiency of reporting and accounting operations and processes.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Develop and document business procedures and accounting policies to implement and strengthen internal controls.
  • Ensure all statutory reporting requirements are met (e.g. audits, tax filing, VAT filing and submission.
  • Act as Business Partner, provide support and financial advice to management.
  • Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience proven in accounting, finance and controllership.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with knowledge of Thailand accounting standards.
  • Experience working in listed companies, Big 4 or PAEs.
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized and able to work independently.
  • Leadership mindset, team management experience with great interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills on Google Suite or MS Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Xero, Dext, Harvest, and Fathom are a plus.
