atSafe Fertility Center Co., Ltd.- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลการรักษาและให้คำปรึกษาแก่คนไข้ทั้ง E-mail และโทรศัพท์ ระหว่างการรักษา ติดตามทุกขั้นตอน update ข้อมูลให้คนไข้และ representative รับทราบทุกขั้นตอน
- บันทึกข้อมูลและรวบรวมเพื่อการรักษาของคนไข้เป็นไปตามแผนการรักษาและประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการหรืออบรมต่างๆ เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ให้กับตัวเองและองค์กร
- อธิบายค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาและช่วยเหลือคนไข้ทำการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายให้เรียบร้อย
- จัดเตรียมรถรับ-ส่งคนไข้ เมื่อคนไข้มาทำการรักษา และสรุปค่าใช้จ่าย transportation หากมีการยกเลิก
- รายงานสรุปยอดคนไข้ที่ดูแลแต่ละเดือนให้กับทางเลขาฯแผนก และแจ้งสรุปยอดคนไข้แต่ละเดือนของ Rep ให้กับ Rep ได้ทราบ
- รายงานหัวหน้าเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารทุกครั้งก่อนที่จะส่งให้ลูกค้า และแผนกต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรอบคอบ ละเอียด ป้องกันการเกิดความผิดพลาดที่จะทำให่เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อคนไข้
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ20ปีขึ้นไป
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและ/หรือภาษาต่างประเทศอื่นๆได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Ms. Office internet เป็นต้น
- มีความอดทนสูง รอบคอบ และสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าต่างๆได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ(Service Mind) รักงานขายและ มีทักษะการนำเสนอเพื่อการขาย
- มีประสบการณ์พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะและความชำนาญพิเศษที่ต้องมี
- มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และ E-mail ได้
- มีความสามารถในการขาย
- มีความสามารถในการเจรจาและการต่อรอง
