Job description
Join KPMG in Thailand's Legal Consulting team and gain hands-on experience supporting legal advisory projects for both local and international clients. You will work alongside experienced legal professionals, develop your legal research and drafting skills, and gain exposure to corporate and commercial law matters
Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Support legal due diligence and regulatory compliance projects
- Help prepare legal memos, reports, and presentations
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates
- Provide administrative and project support to the team
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (3rd-4th year) or a Master's Degree in Laws
- Demonstrated interest in corporate and commercial law
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to commit to a full-time internship throughout the program duration
