• Update status and report by periodical (Weekly , Monthly , Yearly)
• Server Replacement/Improvement in part of admin and AD (Active Directory)
• Receive problems from 1st tier, work around in admin concern point and troubleshooting
• Monitoring, Checking and investigate system healthy and performance
• Maintain Email & VPN account (Add / Remove / Change)
• Or other assignment that relate the job improvement
