The researcher is involved in delivering Social Intelligence projects. The role involves working with social data to create compelling and commercially relevant stories for clients.

• Sales Support
• Support the sales team in writing proposals and provide search set up and insights as needed in the presales process
• Understands and selects appropriate data collection techniques with an emphasis on social data sources
• Project Design
• Identify and create/curate data sources required to successfully complete a project
• Develop and execute analysis plan including clearly defined outputs that are
• communicated and agreed with the client
• Develop and standardize analysis techniques so they can be adopted and applied by other team members when required
• Project Execution
• Involvement in project alignments
• Consistently manages own time against resource allocation
• Adheres to project timings, identifies and mitigates or communicates any risks to timely delivery
• Synthesis of research data and extraction of key findings that are business focused and action orientated

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of a wide range of both Qualitative and
• Skilled and experience in designing valid and reliable data collection tools (e.g. questionnaires, interview guides and conversation matrices to facilitate social data collection)
• Interest and experience of working with social data is desirable
• Exhibits leadership skills in everything they do
• Passionate about data and the stories it can tell

• Communicates effectively in all modes
• Use Word, PowerPoint and Excel as required
• Experience using a social listening platform is preferred
• Good working knowledge and ability to run complex analysis in SPSS or SAS desired
