The Client Partner at Zanroo is responsible for customer retention and happiness. This role involves juggling multiple accounts as the primary point of contact for our clients. The CP will work with the sales team and the Digital Services team internally to deliver end-to-end projects that drive customer satisfaction and renewal. Key roles are:

  • Pre-sales Support
  • Support sales team in building pre-sales materials & presenting proposals to close deals
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Responsible for managing several accounts and be the lead point of contact for all client account communication including day to day requests and project updates.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Project Management
  • Execute onboarding & training for new clients
  • Meet client on a regular basis (usually monthly) to present insights reports and discuss next steps
  • Oversee timeline and resources (manpower & budget) to manage project profitability
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams and key business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of Zanroo solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Working Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Account Executive, or relevant role
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Mass Communications or relevant field
  • Experience with social monitoring platforms, market research, digital marketing, or creative agency (marketing/advertising) desired
  • Knowledge of analyzing and reporting on sets of data, finding insights within data, and/or being able to communicate and illustrate these findings is a plus
  • Administrative Skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Managing people or teams is a plus
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive
  • Motivates and coaches others
  • Promotes teamwork and keeps everyone informed of progress
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
