Job Description
The Assistant Hygiene and Food Safety Manager is responsible for Health and Safety requirements of the property as well HACCP compliance as per Thailand Food and Health Authority.
- Oversee, direct and drive all aspects of HACCP and food safety management system which covers all concerned departments
- Serve as Hotel representative related to food hygiene and safety
- Conduct investigation in case of any food poisoning cases
- Initiate proper control measures for any kind of hazards related to food safety
- Identifie the severity of risks and control it
- Ensure HACCP system is implemented and maintained in accordance to all procedures and work instructions established.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Assistant Hygiene and Food Safety Manager or Hygiene and Food Safety Supervisor in hotel industry.
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety requirements including the ability to understand and use cleaning work instructions, procedures and safe systems of work.
- An ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload to ensure the achieved outcome.
- Effective communication skills both verbal, written and leadership skills
- Good command of the English language.
