• Oversee, direct and drive all aspects of HACCP and food safety management system which covers all concerned departments.
• Serve as Hotel representative related to food hygiene and safety.
• Conduct investigation in case of any food poisoning cases.
• Initiate proper control measures for any kind of hazards related to food safety.
• Identifie the severity of risks and control it.
• Ensure HACCP system is implemented and maintained in accordance to all procedures and work instructions established.
• QualificationsExperience as an Assistant Hygiene and Food Safety Manager or Hygiene and Food Safety Supervisor in hotel industry.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety requirements including the ability to understand and use cleaning work instructions, procedures and safe systems of work.
• An ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload to ensure the achieved outcome.
• Effective communication skills both verbal, written and leadership skills.
• Good command of the English language.
