Business Development Manager
atBrenntag Ingredients (Thailand) PCLJob Responsibilities
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline;
- Partner with Industry Marketing to research markets, products, suppliers, and customers; partner with Industry Marketing to establish the strategy, including product and geographic priorities.
- Partner with Supplier and Product Management teams to identify existing suppliers that are relevant to the Aerospace and Automotive industries, then coordinate with SPM to serve those suppliers’ unique needs.
- Identify existing Aerospace and Automotive customers, then coordinate with Industry BU leaders to serve those customers’ unique needs.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, nurturing and developing relationships with key customers.
- Project management: coordinate with different departments in customer organization to ensure right projects are being developed.
- Achieve the agreed business development targets by expanding market penetration & increase market share.
Job Requirements
Education: Min. Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or any other relevant field of study.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of sales experience in Chemical related industries.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented achiever with proven track records in chemical sales;
- Independent self-starter who takes initiative in own work;
- Fast learner and quick thinker;
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast pace environment;
- Able to work with customers from multiple industries and understand their needs;
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills;
- Able to communicate clearly across different functions and levels internally and externally;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power Point & CRM.
