- Build up and manage the relationship with suppliers and align the supplier strategy with the Brenntag strategy and deploy it to the sales organization.
- Support the Sales team with e.g. market data, documentation, training and contribute in the preparation/organization of customer visits and sales fairs.
- Track and review sales project pipeline and sampling.
- Negotiate supply agreements, principal goals and terms of business in alignment with corporate objectives and overall business strategy.
- Accountable for price negotiations with suppliers, maintaining price management tools (if available) and give price guidance for sales.
- Owner of product stewardship (setup articles in SAP, complaint management, compliance, documentation).
- Ensure the right stock level/ working capital by strategic purchasing. Allocate available material to customer orders.
- Support sourcing and marketing activities by market research and market knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharma, Biology, or any related field
- Experience: At least 5-10 years experience in sales, marketing, product management or business development( in Personal Care and Home Care business is preferred). Others:Strong business acumen and communication skills to build long-standing and successful relationships with supplier & customers.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, pricing strategy understanding, and financial awareness.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify market challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
- Agile and proactive, able to work in a matrix environment with virtual collaboration.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex customer - suppliers - distributor relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Adapt & develop solutions as per customer - suppliers needs with clear & decisive communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding with Salesforce CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel to visit customer or suppliers as needed.
- Strong Collaboration, team player and persuasion skills.
- High competency working with Microsoft office.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and disciplined approach is essential.
- Proficiency in English is essential, fluent in any SEA language is an added advantage.

- Develop and maintain EHS procedures related to corporate requirements to comply with EHS Standards, Procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with functional teams on the implementation of EHS procedures, annual improvement plans and related programs to compliance. Report to line manager and related functions for issues, provide services and propose improvement actions required.
- Communicate and network with appropriate Regional and Global resources to support local EHS implementation and roll-out of various EHS programs and events.
- Identify EHS training needs in OH&S for all associates and contractors and maintain the training programs to meet business requirements.
- Drive and maintain site safety programs including but not limited to Hazard Communication, Permit to Work System, Emergency Response, Behavioral Safety, Incident Investigation, Contractor Management, Process Safety and Site Security, to prevent human injury and loss of property.
- Manage site occupational health and industrial hygiene program to recognize, evaluate and provide supports of risk assessment and control in workplaces to acceptable levels, including advice and assistances to associates and management to improve performance.
- Manage planned and unplanned EHS Audit Program to ensure conformance with Company requirements with regard to OH&S.
- Control EHS procedures and related documents in systems to maintain the integrity.
- Maintain EHS regulatory compliance program, keep EHS regulatory information updated and provide to functional owners towards compliance.
- Engage all stakeholders in integrating EHS requirements in all levels of operations and activities.
- Collect and prepare EHS data for reporting and submission to Region, Corporate and local authorities; also perform data analysis as appropriate.
- Coordinate with Department Managers in all departments to monitoring pre-defined EHS activities (e.g. Environment, Process Safety Management, Product Stewardship, Distribution Safety) both internally and externally.

- Working experience in ISO9001, 14001, 45001 is a plus.

- Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels both on hand and on water together with Business Units.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory/supply planning. Proven experience working with SCM systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, etc).
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Organized and data-driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in spreadsheet and data analysis tools. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
