ช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนทีมพัฒนาลูกค้าในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับงานธุรการ ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดร่วมกับผู้จัดการแผนกพัฒนาลูกค้าเพื่อตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับการรับแม็คโคร เมลล์ รวมถึงการเป็นผู้สนับสนุนในส่วนของข้อมูลของลูกค้า จัดทำรายงานที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับลูกค้าตามที่สำนักงานใหญ่ได้กำหนด เพื่อนำเสนอกับผู้มีส่วนได้เสียของบริษัทฯ และจัดทำฐานข้อมูลของลูกค้าให้ถูกต้องตามที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากแผนกต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในสาขาและสำนักงานใหญ่
คุณสมบัติ
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ การตลาด เศรษฐศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมา 0-2 ปี ในการเป็นผู้ช่วย หรือผู้ประสานงานด้านงานขายและการบริการลูกค้า การจัดการฐานข้อมูล ขององค์กรค้าปลีก หรือค้าส่ง
