ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ ASGM (Assistant Store General Manager) (Bangbon)
atSiam Makro PCLหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
จัดการและควบคุมเกี่ยวกับสินค้าของสาขา และทำให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในงานด้านปฏิบัติการ ยอดขายและผลกำไร ภายใต้ต้นทุนและยอดสูญเสีย ที่ต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับที่กำหนด รวมทั้งดูแลรับผิดขอบผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานระดับหัวหน้างานทุกแผนก รวมทั้งทำหน้าที่ ผู้จัดการที่รับผิดชอบประจำกะ (Duty Manager) และในกรณีที่ผู้จัดการประจำสาขาไม่อยู่ ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการสาขาต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทน ในการดูแลจัดการ และควบคุมสาขาเพื่อให้เกิดความเรียบร้อย และในขณะเดียวกันก็จะต้อง จัดการแก้ปัญหาประจำวันของสาขา
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในระดับผู้บริหาร หรือฝ่ายปฏิบัติการทั่วไปในระดับบริหารจัดการ ในอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีก
