Responsibilities :

• Implement and provide feedback on each of the TYREPLUS POS business processes and SOPs for the following areas:
  • Core: Satisfy Customer Service and Product Needs :
    • Sell Tyre & Diversified Products & Services
    • Manage Customer Relationship
  • Support:
    • Ensure POS is Ready for Business
    • Purchasing and Stock Management at POS
    • Manage POS Environmental, Health and Safety Requirements
    • Manage POS Marketing, Campaigns and Promotions
    • Manage POS Cash and Customer Credit
    • Manage People and Competencies at POS
  • Management:
    • Plan POS Business Activity
    • Monitor POS Performance
• Forecast and implement training plans and associated training modules for the TYREPLUS Franchise (Country) Jobs and for the TYREPLUS Franchisee jobs at the Point-of-Sale (POS):

  • TYREPLUS Franchise Marketing & Communication Manager
  • TYREPLUS Franchise Development Manager
  • MARS Country Support and Business Analyst
  • TYREPLUS SOP & Training Manager

  • TYREPLUS POS Shop Manager

  • TYREPLUS POS Back office Administrator
• Work together with the Zone or Country Sales Process and Training Manager (SPTM) to develop plans and to implement the TYREPLUS training for franchisees and Michelin TYREPLUS employees (franchisor)
• Implement and follow TYREPLUS Business Processes and SOPs :
  • Track deployment accordingly
  • Filter and recommend SOP country adaptations
• Implement and follow a competency assessment

• Graduated Bachelor's Degree in Business or Master's Degree in MBA
• Experience >5 years with the direct experiences in the field of automotive, spare parts, car dealers
• Special Knowledge or Talent : presentation and communication with convincing skill and be able to manage people
• Preferable Skills : retail knowledge
• Expected English Proficiency Level : Efficient
