- รับผิดชอบด้านการประสานงาน การต้อนรับ การจัดเตรียมและสรุปรายงานการประชุม การดูแลเอกสารสำคัญของหน่วยงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนงานของหน่วยงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ ด้วยความถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- นัดหมายและจัดทำรายงานการประชุมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน่วยงาน
- จัดทำ จัดเก็บ รวบรวม เอกสารบันทึกภายใน และสัญญาที่เกี่ยวกับคู่ค้า
- จัดทำทะเบียนคุมเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ ของหน่วยงาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลและประมวลผลเพื่อจัดทำ Presentation และรายงาน เสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติ
- ช / ญ อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี / โท ในสาขา บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความกระตือรื้อร้น
- ประสบการณ์ในด้านเลขานุการหรือผู้ประสานงาน ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารทางภาษาอังกฤษ
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และจัดทำ Presentation ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานค้าปลีก หรือ Modern Trade จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
