Singulation Engineer
atUTAC Thai Limited- Setup/ install automatic dicing saw (machine Disco and ADT) and process according to new package QFN, DFN, LGAB
- Bay-off machine by operation in process before start production.
- Registor machine and equipment on system company and prepare activity report and plan report to supervisor.
- Support the manufacturing productivity improvement and coordinate implementation.
- Support additional program new package DFN, QFN, LGAB in machine Disco and ADT.
- Prepare and set layout line / equipment to validate process feasibility / newpackage.
- Register documents which concerned product specification such as product drawing, set up machine, ECN, WI, SWR, FMEA etc.
- Process improvement and defect problem analysis such as land smear, package chiping, land burr, package crack
- Cost reduction improvement for increase productivity and investigate problem in process dicing saw singulation and define tool for protected problem.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years' working experiences in IC or electronics manufacturing as Engineer
- Knowledge and practical skills for IC assembly, electrical test and project management
- Strong problem-solving skills using established methodologies including 8D, SPD, Why-why analysis, DOE, FMEA, APQP, etc.
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- TOEIC score at least 500
