Inside Sales Executive (Telesales)
atUPS SCS Services (Thailand) LimitedAchieve sales target by growing the medium small-sized customer segment within the set revenue band and assigned territory
- Promote services and generate business over the phone
- Coordinate with other departments on service and billing issues
- Handle assigned portfolio of accounts with Average Monthly Revenue less than US $ 1,000 ( or equivalent )
- University Degree
- Good written and spoken English (Required minimum TOEIC 600)
- Excellent customer relations management skills
- Excellent interpersonal as well as communications skills
- Computer literate
- At least three years experience in sale/similar capacity
- Some experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics business is plus
