Digital Communication Analyst

atMazda Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
  • Being a brand guardian: Understand Mazda brand DNA and review and ensure that all communication activities and materials are aligned with branding guideline
  • Developing and managing all digital / online strategy, campaign, media and execution
  • Plan, implement and monitor online communications activities to deliver the high impact and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage brand presence & customer / prospect experiences in social networking including corporate website, Facebook, YouTube and etc.
  • Review and validate new technologies and keep brand at the forefront  of developments in digital / online marketing  
  • Maintains, revises, updates and keeps monitoring corporate website, Facebook, YouTube and etc.
  • Lead and liaison with agencies, media agency, event organizers and suppliers in all areas of digital / online to ensure timelines and deliverables as well as budget are utilized at the maximum level
  • Plan and control timeline, budget and expenses of each communications campaign
  • Coordinates with other departments to update and revise campaign and information through corporate's digital / online channels.
  • Evaluating social monitoring research and use statistical analysis and reports; visitors, fans and customer data, segmentation, insights, and trends, to create campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital / online marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • To coordinate with IT Department and head quarter team to ensure that each campaign is well manage in all phases i.e. develop, testing, implement etc.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital / online marketing
  • Male / Female, age 25-35 years
  • Bachelor / Master's Degree in Major Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields
  • Having experiences in handling digital / online communication at least 3 years' in-house agency digital/social marketing communications experience
  • Strong professional knowledge and understanding of social media and digital / online marketing including web analytics and digital/social measurement
  • Creative thinker & Detail oriented and deadline focused
  • Passion in technology/ up-to-date in digital trends
  • Good command of English both speaking and writing
  • Experience in Digital campaign / Project Lead is a plus
