The roles in this job family work with various functions, teams, and technologies, focusing on production, process optimization, and people leadership.

Job Description: As an Intern/Co-op in the Manufacturing Operations Management team, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn about different aspects of manufacturing operations management. You will be involved in projects that aim to improve our manufacturing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the execution of manufacturing strategies in the team/organization.
• Participating in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Collaborating and networking effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision, training, and development by higher band employees

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to persevere through challenges.
• A forward thinker who is eager to learn and grow.
• Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.
