2.แก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อ Lan, Network รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ เครือข่าย (Network Equipment เช่น HUB, Switch, Router, Server)
3.ส่งต่อปัญหาเกี่ยวกับข้อผิดพลาดฮาร์ดแวร์ไปยังผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
4.ติดตั้งและตั้งค่า OS, Software, Printer
5.ดูแลอุปกรณ์ CCTV
6.ดูแลเรื่องสัญญาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
7.ช่วยดูสื่อ Social ต่าง ๆ เช่น Line@ , Facebook , google
8.ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกสอนใช้งานโปรแกรมให้กับพนักงาน
9.หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมาย
