Payroll Specialist (HRIS)
atBig C Supercenter Co., Ltd.Responsibilities and Duties :
- Understand business needs & gather business requirements for system development
- Initiate and recommend projects to improve HRIS and ensure updated technology for HRIS
- Control scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline
- Collaborate with other developers to establish the technical vision and solution feasibility
- Performs a leading role in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the delivered solutions according to the agreed scope and meet customers’ requirements
- Able to provide support in clarifying issues between business user and technology team during develop UAT, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live
- Act as trouble shooter and escalation point for day-to-day technical issues or complex system issues raised by end users.
- Conduct HRIS training and develop documentation of system
- Conduct and supervise compensation payment process to ensure accurate and on-time payment.
- Assists in payroll activities such as recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls
- Adjusts payroll errors and responds to complaints.
- Maintain HR database to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required with restricted confidential environment.
- Be responsible for HR report, designing and providing HR reports; including generate and run reports with accurate
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computing or Engineering, Business Administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years experience in HRIS
- Extensive experience in human resources management, HRIS and HR platform will be advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic management.
- Good project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office as Excel, Word, presentation are prerequisites.
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skills.
